Dr. Natalie Hill is a healthcare executive and workforce strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading operational transformation, workforce optimization, and organizational growth across complex healthcare organizations. She has a proven track record of helping organizations improve operational performance, strengthen workforce models, optimize provider services, and navigate large-scale change initiatives.
Throughout her career, Dr. Hill has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on healthcare operations, workforce transformation, physician recruitment strategy, credentialing and provider services, and organizational performance improvement. She is recognized for combining data-driven decision-making with practical leadership to improve efficiency, enhance quality, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business results.
Her expertise includes healthcare operations, workforce strategy, physician recruitment, credentialing and provider services, change management, process improvement, vendor procurement, and executive leadership. Dr. Hill has successfully partnered with healthcare organizations to align people, processes, and strategy in support of sustainable growth and long-term performance.
Dr. Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University, a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Leadership from San Diego State University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and a Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Hill is committed to serving her community and currently volunteers as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, helping create meaningful experiences for children and families facing critical illnesses.

Chad brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience in human resources, operations, and talent strategy. He partners with organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, optimize talent acquisition, improve workforce performance, and build cultures that support sustainable growth. Throughout his career, Chad has led enterprise-wide HR initiatives spanning leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning across multiple industries.
Prior to his corporate career, Chad served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in public affairs and talent acquisition. During his military service, he earned two Purple Hearts while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Chad holds a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) certification from the Wharton School, SHRM-SCP and California Law certifications from Society for Human Resource Management, and a PHR certification from HR Certification Institute. He is also a certified Executive Coach and Project Management Professional (PMP). Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University San Marcos and an MBA from University of Houston.
