Chad brings over a decade of leadership in human resources, operations, and talent management. He has a proven record of driving organizational success through leadership development, talent acquisition optimization, and fostering strong company cultures. With executive roles across multiple industries, Chad has led national HR initiatives, including talent development programs, streamlined hiring practices, and comprehensive benefits strategies.
Before entering the corporate world, Chad served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in public relations and talent acquisition, earning two Purple Hearts during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Chad holds certifications as a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) from the Wharton School, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and CA Law from SHRM, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI. He also holds an Executive Coaching certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a BA in Communication from California State University San Marcos, and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Natalie is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, known for her commitment to quality and operational excellence. As an experienced operational executive, she has a proven track record in business transformation, workforce solutions, and healthcare leadership. Natalie is recognized for implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate quality standards, and drive organizational growth. She has successfully led high-performing teams, fostered collaboration, and aligned resources to achieve key business objectives.
With expertise in lean principles and change management, driving employee engagement and process optimization, Natalie has consistently delivered outstanding results in streamlining operations, improving credentialing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her leadership in vendor procurement and talent management has driven significant improvements in service delivery and cost efficiency.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University, a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Healthcare Leadership from San Diego State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci. Additionally, Natalie is deeply involved in her community, serving as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
